Coaching provides a safe space for you to talk about your goals and your challenges--and to dream big. There is no judgment here, and no penalty for saying what’s on your mind. In this way, a coaching relationship lets you tap into your wisdom and align your actions with your values and desires.

In addition to one-on-one coaching (which can cover nearly any topic or situation), I also provide the following services:

Executive Sounding Board
Either one-on-one or with a full leadership team, brainstorm your organization's future, solve problems, practice difficult conversations, and make tough decisions.
Workplace Transitions
One-on-one or team meetings with staff of all levels who need help making professional changes or navigating other situations.

My Coaching Background
I've long been sought out as a sounding board, mentor, and coach. In 2022 I completed a year-long coach training program and formalized my coaching approach and work (and in 2023 I earned the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation). To learn more, click here.
